Outdoor parking lots in Jeju Shinhwa World Hotel&Resort are free to use without pre-registration.
* Guests visiting the Marriott Resort with EV are kindly requested to use the electric car-exclusive parking lot. If it is full, please request guidance from the staff waiting at the main entrance.
* Guests staying in the Shinhwa Resort are advised to unload luggage and companions at the lobby before moving to the parking lot for a more comfortable check-in process.
The Jeju Shinhwa World shuttle bus has been closed.
We recommend using a taxi or bus and please refer to the 'Location' page on the website.
Under the Juvenile Protection Act and other relevant laws, strictly restricts unaccompanied minors from using the Resort rooms.
Minors (under 19 years of age) can stay at the resort rooms only when
accompanied by their legal guardians (parents), and the hotel may
request ID to check if at the time of their check-in.
The hotel check-in time is 15 p.m. and the check-out time is 11 a.m.

After checking in, guest can rent the following items through the

- Please use reservation registered name and mobile number when make a reservation and write reservation confirmation number.
- If request to the resort in advance, please share the tracking number, courier name and delivery item.
- Food, drink and refrigerator storage items are not acceptable to serviced.

Starting from March 29, 2024, the provision of complimentary disposable items in hotels will be completely prohibited under the Recycling Act. Items such as disposable razors, toothbrushes, and toothpaste can be purchased within the hotel. Please contact the hotel concierge for information on where to buy these items.
The resort's sports facilities (swimming pools and fitness) are operated for guests and are available free of charge with the maximum capacity per room type.
Resort sports facilities can be used once a day during the stay and cross-use or re-entry is not allowed.

[Swimming Pool]
The swimming pool is available once a day during the stay.
Admission policy: Under the age of 13 – Only allowed to use when

Swimming rule: Children less than 4.6ft – Only allowed to use with wearing a life jacket and accompanied by a guardian
Clothing etiquette: Appropriate swim attire such as functional cloth and swimwear (Normal clothes are not allowed)
*Following article 23 (5) of the
Safety-Hygiene Standards, the swimming pool is operated for 50 minutes
and has a 10 minutes break to check the water quality.
The
resort's swimming pool is operated in the form of a pool, so there are
no separate lane. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools are planned for each
season.
We rent a life vest for children for free and it may be difficult to rent it in a limitation.
The operation of facility are subject to change according to government guidelines.

[VIEW MORE]
Once entering the Water Park, the shoes(sneakers, high heels, etc)that you have worn outside are not allowed.
In case that you have to wear these shoes, we advise to wear aqua shoes or flip flops.
Only beachwear and swimsuits are allowed when enjoying pools and attractions in Water Park.
Cotton pants, jeans, climbing clothes, sweatsuits and cotton leggings are restricted.
For riding slides, beachwear and swimsuit with zippers and accessories
are also restricted as they may cause damage on the slides.
Please tie the long hair and wear the swimming cap for the personal
hygiene, water quality protection and pleasant environment in Water
Park.

You can enter the Shinhwa Water Park after purchasing tickets at the Shinhwa Theme Park ticket office. Tickets vary depending on the season. (Children under 36 months old can enter free of charge with evidence.)

There is no resort staying guest discount and card or partnership discount will provided.
At the Waterpark Rental Shop, you can rent a life jacket, sunbeds, cabanas, roof garden rental items (bungalow, Family bench, cabana). Other items except rental item, able to purchase (waterproof diapers, waterproof masks, towels, qua shoes, swimming goggles, swimsuits, etc. when needed.
Life guards are on-site for
the safety. Child care, shower services are not provieded. According to
the Enforcement Rules of Article 4(7) of the Public Health Control Act,
children older than 4 years of age cannot enter the opposite gender
locker.
It operates a Guest Service Center next to the lobby coin station on the first floor in the water park. And provides registering lost and found items, counseling services for inconvenience.

- Shinhwa Water Park does not lend towels for clean hygiene.
- Air-injectable life jackets (nexts) and regular tubes are restricted from using wave pools and spas.
- Underwater filming that causes inconvenience to other customers is
restricted, and please refrain from using filming equipment, including
mobile phones. Filming for commercial purposes in the park must be
notified and approved in advance.
- Children under the age of 10 or the elderly must be accompanied by a guardian.

Life guards are on-site for
